Joy’s experience as a team lead on ERP and imaging system implementations at the University of South Florida, understanding of WSU’s core business processes and systems, coupled with strong leadership, team work, and business process improvement skills will serve the University well as we work together to modernize the way we support our instruction, research and service mission. Overall, Joy brings 20 years of higher education experiences, including roles as Controller and Associate Controller. Sixteen of these years were spent at a Top 25 Public Research University.
